At Racing Future Management , we specialize in the career development and management of the next generation of elite racing drivers.
Our mission is to guide talented drivers from a young age, helping them navigate the path to success in NASCAR, Formula racing, and Grand Prix Touring cars.
Marcin Budkowski
Budkowski is a Polish Formula One engineer, working for Prost, Ferrari, McLaren and Renault. He was notably the executive director of Alpine Formula One team. Currently CEO and Managing Director of Racing Future Management.

After completing his studies, Budkowski started his career in motorsport in 2001 as an aerodynamicist for Prost. Budkowski subsequently moved to Maranello, working for Ferrari between 2002 and 2007 in a period that saw the team winning multiple championships.
Seeking a new challenge, he then joined McLaren in 2007, working in a variety of aerodynamic roles both at the factory and trackside, notably during the 2008 title winning year, before becoming head of aerodynamics in 2012.
His seven years at McLaren ended in 2014, after which he became Formula 1's technical and sporting coordinator for the FIA, subsequently becoming head of the Formula One technical department in 2017. He then joined Renault F1 Team as executive technical director, where he remained as the team transitioned into the Alpine F1 Team. In this role he oversaw the day-to-day running and operation of the team, worked closely with senior management and directors to ensure that the team met its objectives, he also worked with HR and finance to manage budgets and recruitment. In January 2021 he was made a director of Alpine F1 Team, a position he left in January 2022. In February 2023, he joined Viaplay as tech analyst for Polish Formula 1 broadcast.
Anthony Kumpen
Kumpen is a Belgian professional racing driver and team manager.
Kumpen currently works as the team manager for PK Carsport in the NASCAR Euro Series and several GT championships.
As a team manager over the past 5 years he won: the European GT2 championship, Belgian GT Championship, several Euro NASCAR championships and several 24H races such as Zolder and Dubai, in collaboration with several high ranked drivers such as: Dries Vanthoor (now BMW Hypercar factory driver in WEC), Gilles Magnus (now Audi Sport factory driver in SRO GT), Dylan Pereira (Porsche Supercup champion), Stienes Longin (European GT2 champion), Jeffrey Van Hooydonk (Midland F1 test driver), Alon Day (multiple NASCAR champion), …
He previously competed full-time the FIA GT world championship and later in the NASCAR Euro series as well as NASCAR Xfinity in USA:

- Winner Spa 24hours 2009, and several podium finishes before
- 2 times NASCAR Euro series champion (2014,2015)
- 10 times Belgian GT champion
- 6 times winner Zolder 24hours
